Pass Protection
A little extra peace of mind on exam day.
Pass Protection is an optional add‑on for students who come prepared and want a safety net. It’s not a guarantee to pass, but if you meet the requirements and don’t score at least 70% on the ServSafe exam, you can retake a one‑day class and the exam once at no additional cost. Student Expectations:
- Students will be sent an email with subject “Unlock Class Materials” – This contains the Pre-Class Check-in instructions.
- They should complete the required Pre-Class Check-in as soon as possible – this confirms that the student understands what is expected and how to prepare. They will agree to:
- The same Terms and Conditions that the payor agrees to.
- They will have a valid photo ID.
- Promise to read and study the study guide. (this is a one day training and unless the student is recertifying they should spend at least 4-6 hours studying prior to coming the class.
- They will arrive 15 minutes early. They may be denied access once a class begins.
- Unless arrangements have been made, they will bring a laptop and know how to connect to the wifi and operate.
- They will create or confirm they can log into ServSafe.com USING the laptop they will bring.
