Host a Training – One free student when you host!
If your facility meets all the requirements below you can enroll one student for FREE
- Private area with tables for students to sit with at least 3′ spacing for exam.
- Room for minimum of 8 students.
- If computer exam is desired, must have sufficient Wi-Fi for laptops. No Wi-Fi required for paper exam.
- TV or suitable area for projector set-up.
- Minimum of 4 weeks for class to be posted and advertised.
1-Day Food Protection Manager Training Description
- 8 hour Classroom Training and Exam
- Class cost includes; E-Study Guide, 6 hours of training by Sue Farace, CP-FS and ServSafe exam.
- 1-Day training is for best for recertification or students that already have a good understanding of food safety regulations. Students with little to no training can still be very successful when at least 8 hours of home study with the study guide is completed.
2 Day Training Food Protection Manager Training Description
- Day 1 is 6 hours of training – Day 2 is 6 hours of training & exam
- 2-Day training is for best for students with little training or new to food service.
- Class cost includes; E-Study Guide, 6 hours of training by Sue Farace, CP-FS and ServSafe exam.
