Pass Protection – Extra Support When You Need It Most
Pass Protection is an optional add‑on designed for students who want a little extra peace of mind on exam day. It’s not a guarantee to pass, but it does give prepared students a valuable safety net.
When you show up ready to learn—having completed your practice test and fully participating in class—Pass Protection gives you the opportunity to retake a one‑day class and the ServSafe exam at no additional cost if you don’t pass on your first attempt.
💡 How Pass Protection Works
Pass Protection is designed for students who take their training seriously. To keep it valid, students must:
- Attend the entire training session without extended absences
- Arrive on time and stay engaged throughout class
- Avoid sleeping, using a computer, or being on a mobile device during training
- Complete the Practice Test before the day of class
- Score 75% or higher on the Practice Test or turn in the completed practice questions from the study guide
Your Practice Test access code is included in the same email as your course Access Code (sometimes called your Seat Number). It’s the student’s responsibility to complete the practice test prior to class.
🎯 What You Receive
If you meet the requirements and do not score at least 70% on the ServSafe exam, Pass Protection allows you to:
- Attend one future one‑day class
- Retake the ServSafe exam
- Pay no additional fees for either
It’s a simple way to protect your investment and give yourself another chance if test‑day nerves get the best of you.
⏳ Validity
Pass Protection remains available for 90 days from the date of your failed exam.
